Interior Designer / Sales Professional

About the role

We are looking for a motivated sales professional to join our Design Team! As a Designer at Nell Hill's, you will help us enrich lives through creating inspired spaces.

What You'll Do

• Drive Sales - Actively engage clients on the sales floor, identify opportunities, and close sales with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Design Consultations - Advise clients on space planning, layout, color schemes, and product selections that align with their vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Create Compelling Presentations - Develop detailed proposals including quotes, floor plans, and product specifications for client review and approval.
• Own the Client Experience - Follow up with every client to ensure complete satisfaction, and resolve any post-order issues quickly and efficiently.
• Build & Maintain a Client Book - Proactively reach out to past and potential clients, nurture relationships, and systematically grow your book of business through clienteling efforts.
• Be a Team Player - Collaborate with colleagues, support the sales floor, and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment where everyone helps each other succeed.
