About the role
LGA Partners, a leading architecture firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, is currently seeking an Interior Designer to join our award-winning team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading client management, as well as assisting with project production and design, for Food & Beverage Concessions projects. This role can sit in either our Pittsburgh Headquarters or our Cleveland Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of interior architecture projects including retail, food & beverage, and other small projects
- Act as the main point of contact for the client and internal team
- Monitor project schedules and performance
- Produce design drawings and specifications, including furniture specification, selection and coordination
- Cook with consultants, vendors, and contractors

- Conduct QAQC of project drawings
- Mentor and train project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- 5+ years of experience working on commercial projects, previous Food and Beverage design preferred
- NCIDQ certification highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of project schedules and costs
- Excellent design, communication, and technical skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and on project teams.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
