About the role
We are seeking a Registered Interior Designer to join our Buildings team in Denver, Colorado. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility between in-office collaboration and remote work.

What You’ll Do
- As part of the Buildings team, you will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, including:
- Predesign, programming, and space planning
- Schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
- Developing interior design concepts that align with client goals, budgets, and schedules
- Preparing drawings, specifications, discipline reports, and presentation materials
- Researching materials, products, codes, and standards to support design solutions
- Presenting design ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
- Performing quality control reviews and participating in construction phase services, including field observations
- Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions
- Providing technical guidance to junior designers
- Assigning and reviewing work for support staff
- Leading the interior design scope for projects or managing small, multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture and NCIDQ certification or state registration (as applicable)
- 5+ years of experience working on commercial, corporate, aviation, or large-scale institutional projects
- Strong understanding of interior construction documentation and specifications
- Ability to think beyond finishes and furniture and contribute to overall project strategy
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Someone who wants to grow with the team, not just execute tasks
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree in interior design from a CIDA accredited program

Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this position in Denver is $70,000–$90,000 per year, representing the employer’s good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location, where applicable. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, an employee assistance program, retirement and financial protection programs (401(k), short- and long-term disability), paid time off (including holidays and paid parental leave), and HSA funding up to $1,200 annually.
