Interior Designer
About the role
Prometheus is seeking a Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential, multifamily, or hospitality design, with 2-4 years of professional experience.
The Designer will be responsible for developing full AutoCAD plans, details, and elevations, creating new layouts, and rendering plans. They will coordinate with the Senior Director of Interior Architectural Projects on new development, renovation designs, and capital expenditures efforts, while also establishing new brand design standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop full AutoCAD plans, details, and elevations
- Create new layouts and rendered plans
- Work with the design team to develop projects from conceptual design through project close
- Coordinate across departments to develop and maintain project schedules
- Work with external consultants to ensure project compliance with company design standards and brand guidelines
- Manage site visits to review project progress
- Process, monitor, and reconcile all invoices throughout the life of the project
- Manage all documentation relevant to the projects such as approved submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contracts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 2-4 years of professional experience in Residential, Multifamily, or Hospitality design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through with a sense of ownership
- Highly organized and calm, problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Professional Level), Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Review, and SketchUp

Compensation and Benefits
The provided salary range is $80,000.00 to $99,000.00 per year. Prometheus offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
