Location: South Orlando, FL
Compensation: Base + Unlimited Commission
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with our Sales Associates and clients to understand their style, lifestyle, and vision for their home.
- Designing inspiring spaces using premium furniture, fabrics, and décor.
- Providing professional design consultations, including layout planning and product recommendations.
- Creating cohesive looks that bring comfort, style, and functionality together.
Who You Are
- Passionate about home furnishings, design trends, and creating beautiful spaces.
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for color, texture, and layout.
- Confident working directly with clients to bring their design vision to life.
- Experience in design, home furnishings, or client-focused retail is a plus.
Minimum Requirements
- Educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales or interior design, with a residential emphasis.
Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate motor vehicle.
- Nearly continuous use of repetitive hand motions, hearing and listening.
- Often required to sit, walk, bend and stoop.
- Subject to inside environmental conditions.

Training Pay
$20.00 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)
Average Annual Earning Potential After Training
$60,000 - $90,000+
