Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present innovative architectural design concepts that align with project goals and client vision
- Translate conceptual ideas into fully coordinated construction documents with a high level of technical accuracy
- Produce compelling visual presentations using Revit and architectural rendering software to effectively communicate design intent
- Participate in all phases of project development, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Prepare and coordinate project specifications and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes during project integration
- Maintain strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to project quality and deadlines
- Contribute proactively to a creative, collaborative studio environment
- Aid younger staff with construction document standards and training
Qualifications
- Degree in architecture, interior design or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional architectural experience (internships included)
- Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Lumion, and other relevant design software
- Prior work experience with diverse sectors such as education, multi-family, hospitality, and more
- Deep understanding of construction documents, specifications, and local build code requirements
- Strong verbal, graphic, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Passion for thoughtful, high-quality design and problem-solving
