We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role: description of West Star, intro. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. We have: Intro: "West Star is the fastest growing maintenance repair organization..." That's about company/role. Could be "About the role". Then "What you can expect as an Interior Cabinet Technician at West Star:" then description of tasks. That could be Responsibilities. Then "Your Education" etc: that's Requirements/Qualifications. Then "Your Initiative", "Your Sense Of Responsibility", "Other Particulars" (Physical/Mental Requirements, Supervision, Working Conditions, Equipment Used). Those could be Requirements or Skills. Then "Compensation & Benefit Information": includes Pay (hourly rate $20-$35, shift differential, semi-annual discretionary bonus, 401k match, HSA). Also Benefits: "Benefits Effective Day One for Eligible Employees" list. Thus we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Education, Experience, Initiative, Sense of Responsibility, Other Particulars), Benefits, Pay. Schedule? Not mentioned explicitly; there is "Flexible Work Schedules include 5x8, 4x10 and 3x12" under Benefits. That's schedule info. Could be included under Benefits or separate Schedule section. Since schedule is mentioned, we could create a Schedule section with that detail. But instruction: only create Schedule section if posting actually states them. It does state flexible work schedules. So we can include Schedule. But we must avoid thin sections; maybe combine Benefits and Schedule? However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could include Benefits that includes schedule info. But they also have a separate Pay section. Could have Benefits and Pay. We need to decide. Let's extract content: About the role: West Star description: "West Star is the fastest growing maintenance repair organization in the industry and we recognize this is the result of our talented team of trusted employees working together to deliver customer service excellence. We are committed to providing our employees with personal and professional growth opportunities while fostering a culture of respect and well-being with a small company feel. When you join our team we don’t think you should have to wait for your benefits to kick in. That’s why when you start, they start with you! This includes medical, dental, 401K match, time off accruals, weekly pay days and much more. We don’t want you to live to work, we want you to work and live." That's about company and benefits but could be About the role. Responsibilities: "As an interior cabinet technician you will be fabricating complex high quality furniture and other wood-surfaced subassemblies for installation in world class business aircraft. Some of the tasks you may be required to complete include parts replacements or repair, basic electrical system installation and general mechanical applications. Modifications, repair, refurbishment and fabrication of aircraft cabinets are the primary functions. Job duties will vary each day and are designated by the Team Leader in charge of that project." Then bullet list under "You Will Be ESSENTIAL To Many FUNCTIONS Including": list of duties. We need to output as
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Thus responsibilities list: items like "Performing general mechanical functions on aircraft cabinets and related systems. This includes items such as removal and installation of cabinets, modification, re-laminating, veneering or fabrication of new cabinets.", "Ability to perform minor modifications", "Perform daily turnover sheets", "Maintenance and repair of shop facility, equipment and tooling", "Basic computer skills to be able to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance data bases", "Cleanliness of shop and surroundings", "Work independently when required", "Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English", "Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management". We'll put each as
  • . Requirements: Education: "A High school diploma or equivalent". Experience levels: Tech I, II, III, Master Tech descriptions. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll treat as Requirements (experience). Also "Your Initiative", "Your Sense Of Responsibility", "Other Particulars" (Physical/Mental Requirements, Supervision, Working Conditions, Equipment Used). Those are also requirements/skills. We could combine all into Requirements section with sublists? But we need to use
    • for any list. Could have multiple
under same section. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to include all substantive info. Let's structure:

The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package. We should not include Schedule separate because we included flexible work schedules under Benefits. Could also add Schedule section but we already have schedule info in Benefits. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we keep Benefits inclusive. We must not include boilerplate like "Apply", "Privacy Policy", etc. We removed. Check for any repeated content: We included "Weekly Competitive & Industry Leading Pay means you are paid more often" under Benefits; also Pay section mentions hourly rate. That's okay. We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Your Initiative" and "Your Sense Of Responsibility" we included. The "Other Particulars" we split into sub-items. Good. We included "Your Education" and "Your Experience" as Requirements. We included "Compensation & Benefit Information" as Pay and Benefits. We included "Company Description" maybe not needed; but it's substantive about company. Could be part of About the role. We already have some company description in About the role; we could add more: "With over 78 years of industry experience, West Star Aviation stands as a leading independent Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) provider.
