Interim Treasury Director

About the role

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads evaluation and recommendation of fiscal strategies for financial and regulatory objectives
• Directs treasury operations, including cash management and banking relationships
• Oversees debt portfolio management and ensures favorable market terms
• Provides leadership for capital structure planning and compliance with covenants
• Develops the annual treasury budget in partnership with Finance department
• Represents the Institute in treasury matters with auditors and advisors
• Supervises and develops treasury staff, fostering a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration required
• 8+ years of experience in a financial or related field required
• Treasury experience in a not-for-profit institution preferred
• 5 years of management experience required
• 5 years of increasing responsibility in treasury management required
• CPA preferred

Pay

$188,500 – $207,400 annually
