About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, and ensure a positive support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems.
  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts within Active Directory.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Assist users with password resets, access requests, and account management.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures within the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams as needed.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup and equipment provisioning.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while communicating with end users.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft applications, including Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, including user and group management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with DocuSign.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management best practices.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration is a plus.

Pay

Hourly rate: $25–$28, depending on experience.
