Interim Site Administrator

About the role

The Interim Site Administrator will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations for multiple clinics throughout the facility. The Interim Site Administrator will oversee a total of approximately 70+ FTEs and will oversee administration initiatives related to primary care, orthopedics, family medicine, and internal medicine. This leader will focus on ongoing initiatives including staff stabilization and closely monitoring the transition in regard to closing the current facility and opening the new location.

Seeking an experienced and hands-on administrative leader who will be willing and able to roll up their sleeves and be available, approachable, and communicative to all staff members. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Active LVN or RN license is preferred.

Pay

Compensation Range: $150,000 to $160,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
