Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in nursing leadership with a focus on Perioperative Services
• Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and large‑scale transformation projects

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Hospital Administration
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); California RN license required upon hire
