The Interim Nurse Manager provides interim leadership for daily Operating Room operations, overseeing surgical services, staffing, and resource utilization while promoting safe, efficient, high-quality patient care. Responsibilities

• Drive operational improvements focused on first-case on-time starts, room utilization, surgical throughput, and effective staffing and skill mix to support departmental performance.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary partners, collaborating closely with Pre-Op, PACU, and related departments to optimize patient flow and surgical outcomes.
• Support team stability and development through visible, approachable leadership, effective onboarding of new staff, and a fair, supportive environment that encourages communication, engagement, and accountability.
• Partner with surgical and operational leadership on continuous improvement initiatives, regulatory readiness, and future program growth, including robotic surgery expansion and process improvements across the perioperative environment
