Interim Nurse Manager Hemodialysis & Translational Research /Epilepsy Monitoring

About the role

The position requires providing operational and clinical leadership for inpatient dialysis and highly specialized translational research and epilepsy monitoring services within an academic medical center. Reporting to the Director, the leader will oversee a team of 24 FTEs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for inpatient dialysis, translational research, and epilepsy monitoring services
• Foster a culture of accountability and reinforce the organization's commitment to Healthy Workplace training and initiatives
• Be an excellent communicator with an intentional, human-centered leadership style
• Have progressive nursing leadership experience, including dialysis services
• Experience in an academic medical center, a unionized environment, and complex acute care operations is strongly preferred

Requirements

• BSN required; master's degree preferred
• Active Oregon RN license required
• Progressive nursing leadership experience, including dialysis services, is required
• Experience in an academic medical center, a unionized environment, and complex acute care operations is strongly preferred

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $175,000 annually
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation
• Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage and retirement benefits
