About the role
This is a fully remote role for an interim FP&A Manager in healthcare. The ideal candidate must have 5 years of FP&A experience, with a focus on healthcare and Adaptive Planning.
Responsibilities
- Create and improve 13-week forecasts
- Lead financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a multi-site environment
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, LOOKUPs, complex formulas)
- Experience with Power BI
- 5 years of FP&A experience
- Healthcare experience is required
- Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights experience is required
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
Qualifications
- Available and willing to commit to 3-4 months
