Responsibilities

  • Provide temporary operational leadership to assigned facilities across Texas
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Drive team development, patient satisfaction, and quality care outcomes
  • Implement and maintain facility policies and company initiatives
  • Manage staffing, admissions, financials, and community relations during transitional periods
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care and smooth operations

Requirements

  • Hold a current, valid Texas Nursing Home Administrator license
  • Experience in long-term care leadership with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
  • Ability to lead teams through transitions and stabilize operations
  • Flexibility to travel to facilities across Texas
  • Thrives in high-pressure, mission-critical environments

Pay
