Responsibilities
- Provide temporary operational leadership to assigned facilities across Texas
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Drive team development, patient satisfaction, and quality care outcomes
- Implement and maintain facility policies and company initiatives
- Manage staffing, admissions, financials, and community relations during transitional periods
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care and smooth operations
Requirements
- Hold a current, valid Texas Nursing Home Administrator license
- Experience in long-term care leadership with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Ability to lead teams through transitions and stabilize operations
- Flexibility to travel to facilities across Texas
- Thrives in high-pressure, mission-critical environments
