Interim L&D Leader

About the role

The Position An Interim Labor and Delivery Leader is needed to provide experienced leadership for a busy Labor & Delivery unit. The Labor & Delivery Leader will oversee approximately 135+ FTEs and will oversee operations throughout 13 rooms and three OR suites.

Compensation Details

Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
