Interim HR Director

About the role

The Interim HR Director will oversee day-to-day human-resources operations, including employee relations, for a Texas healthcare facility. The role manages approximately 20+ FTEs and drives initiatives in employee-relation strategy, engagement, retention, and compliance. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute employee-relation strategies
  • Lead talent acquisition, compensation administration, and performance management
  • Manage change initiatives and support onboarding & offboarding
  • Facilitate HR record-keeping, audits, workers-compensation claims, and compliance reporting
  • Communicate HR policies efficiently across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Minimum of seven years of relevant HR experience (required)

Pay

Compensation range: $165,000 – $175,000 annually. Final rate determined by experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations.
