Responsibilities

• Providing strategic analysis to senior management
• Performing analysis and modeling
• Tracking results and cash flow
• Understanding and articulating all deviations to the annual budget and presenting them to Management and the Budget Review Committee
• Assisting with integration of budget information into the accounting system
• Performing analysis of fiscal operations as necessary, including cash management, payroll, rent, investments, etc.
• Preparing accurate and timely monthly budget variance reports
• Providing assistance in development of the quarterly forecast
• Acting as liaison between all departments

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Financial planning and analysis experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, and data modeling)
• At least 5 years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work across an organization, developing key relationships
• Experience with Hyperion, Cognos, SAP Business Objects, or similar technology (preferred)
