Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in nursing leadership with a focus on Perioperative Services
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and large-scale transformation projects
- Leadership skills in interpersonal relations, group dynamics, problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiating, interviewing, observation, counseling, teaching, decision-making, and implementation/evaluation
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Hospital Administration
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) (California RN License required upon hire)
