Interim Director of Operating Room
About the role
The Interim Director of Operating Room is needed to lead surgical services operations and strengthen team culture throughout the department. Key responsibilities include improving throughput, scheduling, fostering a culture of safety and accountability, and supporting staff through visible leadership and rounding.

- Oversee OR, PACU, GI, outpatient surgery, and SPD
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Active CA RN license is required
- Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required
- A minimum of five years of experience is required
Compensation
Compensation Range: $170,000 to $175,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
