What You'll Do
- Partner closely with the President as a trusted operational advisor
- Evaluate the current organizational structure and identify areas for improvement
- Audit departmental performance, workflows, communication channels, and accountability measures
- Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and organizational pain points
- Develop practical solutions and implementation plans
- Delegate and drive initiatives to ensure forward momentum and execution
- Establish scalable processes, workflows, and operating procedures
- Improve communication and collaboration across departments
- Help define roles, responsibilities, reporting structures, and performance expectations
- Provide leadership and guidance across key business functions, including:
- Operations
- Shop/Fleet Operations
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Support the implementation and optimization of new systems, technology, and operational initiatives
- Deliver recommendations that create long-term organizational stability and scalability

Ideal Background
- Previous experience as a COO, VP of Operations, General Manager, or Operational Consultant
- Proven success assessing and improving organizational structures
- Experience leading change management initiatives
- Strong understanding of business operations, finance, HR, and process improvement
- Experience working with service, industrial, construction, manufacturing, transportation, fleet, or related operational environments preferred
- Track record of building scalable systems and driving operational excellence
