Compensation: $70-$90/hr
About the Role
- Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, billing, cash management, and month-end close
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Maintain balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Support preparation of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting for management and corporate stakeholders
- Oversee and administer company 401(k) plan, including compliance, reporting, audits, and coordination with 3rd party administrators
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll tax filings and payments (federal, state, and local)
- Oversee federal income tax
- Manage sales and use tax compliance, registrations, and audit support
Requirements
- 7+ years progressive accounting and finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- CPA preferred
- Experience in healthcare industry preferred
- Experience with companies having $30-$150M annual revenue
- Proficiency with NetSuite
- Strong communication skills and efficient work style
