Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Lead and mentor accounting staff while supporting business objectives
- Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy and analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- CPA preferred
- ERP system experience highly desired
