Interim Clinical Team Lead

About the role

The Clinical Team Lead oversees outpatient services for individuals with substance use disorders, supporting the implementation of effective treatment frameworks among licensed and certified providers. They facilitate communication to ensure shared vision and adherence to motivational interviewing and other evidence-based modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care, maintaining client-centered approaches and treatment flexibility. This role emphasizes staying current with emerging research and best practices to enhance patient care and team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual and group counseling
• Conducting community outreach
• Documenting assessments and treatment plans
• Supporting staff education and training
• Acting as a role model
• Supporting department initiatives
• Assisting in onboarding new team members

Qualifications

Master's Degree and valid LCSW or LCPC license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
