Interim Clinic Practice Manager, Dialysis & Apheresis
About the role
The Interim Clinic Practice Manager, Dialysis & Apheresis provides interim clinical and operational leadership for Dialysis and Apheresis services, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and consistent daily operations. The manager serves as a clinical resource for nursing staff, offering expert guidance and troubleshooting support for specialized procedures such as therapeutic plasma exchange, extracorporeal photopheresis, and other apheresis treatments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily staffing and patient scheduling, coordinating resources to maintain efficient workflows and continuity of care across the clinic.
- Maintain FACT compliance and ensure adherence to organizational policies, clinical protocols, and applicable regulatory and quality standards.
- Support and guide the nursing team through visible, hands‑on leadership, fostering clinical competency, accountability, collaboration, and a culture of patient safety and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active Washington (WA) and/or compact RN license required.

Pay
Compensation range: $170,000 to $180,000 annually. The final rate is determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
Schedule
Position is available to start ASAP; candidates must be able to begin within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
