About the role
The Interim Chief Operations Officer will play a critical role in supporting the organization's strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, including finance, human resources, technology, and facilities management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage the organization's human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Ensure the effective operation of all technology systems and infrastructure
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, security, and space planning
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's mission
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in a non-profit or social impact organization
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and delivering results
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with nonprofit governance and compliance requirements

- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
