Interim AP Speciliast
Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation
- Manage vendor communications and respond to internal and external inquiries
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
- Research and resolve invoice, payment, and account-related issues
- Maintain vendor records and support vendor onboarding activities
- Assist with payment processing, including electronic payments and other disbursement methods
- Support month-end close activities through reconciliations, reporting schedules, and account analysis
- Aid in audit requests and provide supporting documentation as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes, controls, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting operations experience
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting fundamentals
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Pay

Benefits
