INTERDISCIPLINARY ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER/PHYSICAL SCIENTIST

EngineeringFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes a Summary line: "You will serve as a REMEDIAL PROJECT MANAGER (RPM) in the Environmental Business Line of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC." That's about the role. Then Duties (list). Then Qualifications (list). Then Education (list). Then Additional Information (some details). We need to include sections only if real specific content. We should not include Pay, Schedule, Benefits unless present. They are not present. So we will have sections: About the role, Duties, Qualifications, Education, Additional Information. We need to use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes many paragraphs about OPM links, etc. Those are part of Qualifications/Education/Additional Information. We need to keep them but maybe we can condense? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we must keep the content, not remove details. However we can format as lists where appropriate. The Qualifications section includes a list of specialized experience items (1-5). Also includes basic requirements references and links. We need to keep them. Education section includes detailed requirements. We'll keep as paragraphs or lists. Additional Information includes many details about PPP, ICTAP, Military Spouse Preference, etc. We'll keep. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add a heading for the title. The Summary line is about the role; we can put that under About the role heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
