We need to output HTML fragment with sections: duties, requirements, qualifications. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. Must not create sections like Pay, Schedule, Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting does not mention pay, schedule, benefits explicitly (except generic benefits statement at end: "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package..." but that's generic boilerplate; we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The benefits statement is generic; likely considered boilerplate and should be removed. The posting does not give specific benefits, so we should not create a Benefits section. Also no Pay or Schedule specifics. So only sections: Duties, Requirements, Qualifications. We need to extract duties list: multiple sentences. We'll turn each duty into

  • . Requirements: includes Conditions of employment (appointment subject to suitability/fitness determination, TDY 25%, must possess and maintain PE license). Also maybe other requirements like US Citizenship? Actually that is under Qualifications "Who May Apply: US Citizens". That is a qualification, not requirement. So Requirements section includes: Conditions of employment bullet points: suitability/fitness determination, TDY 25%, PE license. Also maybe "Must Upload Copy". We'll include as list. Qualifications: includes Who May Apply: US Citizens, education requirements, experience requirements, specialized experience, foreign education note, selective service, proof of citizenship, probationary period, direct deposit, selection restrictions, reemployed annuitant info, multiple positions may be filled, salary includes locality pay, PCS allowances, relocation incentives, etc. Many of these are substantive. We need to preserve all substantive info, but we must not create sections like Pay unless posting actually states them. The posting says "Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement." That is pay info, so we should include a Pay section? The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." Since posting does state salary includes locality pay, we should include a Pay section. However we must not create a Pay section with filler like "commensurate with experience". Here we have actual statement. So we should include Pay section with that statement. Also Schedule? Not mentioned. Benefits? Generic benefits statement maybe considered boilerplate; but there is also "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package." That's generic; likely considered boilerplate and should be removed. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The benefits statement is generic but not exactly legal boilerplate; but it's still a generic benefits description. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to omit Benefits section. However we have Pay info, so include Pay. Also there is mention of "When you perform a Civilian Permanent Change of Station (PCS) with the government, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) considers the majority of your entitlements to be taxable." That's more detail about PCS allowances; could be considered part of Pay or maybe separate but we can include in Pay section as additional detail. Also "A Relocation, Recruitment, Student Loan Repayment, Advance in Hire or Advance Leave Accrual incentive may be authorized if it is in the best interest of the government." That's also benefits/incentives; could be considered Benefits but it's specific incentives. Might be considered substantive. However the instruction says to create Benefits section only if posting actually states them. It does state incentives. So we could include a Benefits section with those incentives. But we must avoid boilerplate. The sentence about "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package." is generic; we can omit that sentence but keep the specific incentives. Let's extract specific incentives: "A Relocation, Recruitment, Student Loan Repayment, Advance in Hire or Advance Leave Accrual incentive may be authorized if it is in the best interest of the government." Also earlier: "When you perform a Civilian Permanent Change of Station (PCS) with the government, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) considers the majority of your entitlements to be taxable. Visit Permanent Change of Station (PCS) allowances may be authorized, subject to the provisions of the Joint Travel Regulations and an agency determination that a PCS move is in the Government Interest." That's about PCS allowances. So we can include Benefits section with those specifics. Also there is "Direct Deposit of Pay is required." That's Pay. Thus sections: Duties, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits, Schedule? No schedule info. So omit Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Use

for each heading. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from duties, requirements, qualifications, pay, benefits. We must not include application instructions (like "You will receive credit for all qualifying experience..."? That's part of qualifications; it's substantive. Keep. We must remove duplicated lines, boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. Now craft HTML. We'll produce:

    Basic Education Requirement For Engineer

Degree: bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in engineering. To be acceptable, the program must: (1) lead to a bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in a school of engineering with at least one program accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET); OR (2) include differential and integral calculus and courses (more advanced than first-year physics and chemistry) in five of the following seven areas of engineering science or physics: (a) statics, dynamics; (b) strength of materials (stress-strain relationships); (c) fluid mechanics, hydraulics; (d) thermodynamics; (e) electrical fields and circuits; (f) nature and properties of materials (relating particle and aggregate structure to properties); and (g) any other comparable area of fundamental engineering science or physics, such as optics, heat transfer, soil mechanics, or electronics.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: College-level education, training, and/or technical experience that furnished (1) a thorough knowledge of the physical and mathematical sciences underlying engineering, and (2) a good understanding, both theoretical and practical, of the engineering sciences and techniques and their applications to one of the branches of engineering. The adequacy of such background must be demonstrated by one of the following: Professional registration or licensure - Current registration as an Engineer Intern (EI), Engineer in Training (EIT), or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) by any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico. Absent other means of qualifying under this standard, those applicants who achieved such registration by means other than written test (e.g., State grandfather or eminence provisions) are eligible only for positions that are within or closely related to the specialty field of their registration. For example, an applicant who attains registration through a State Board's eminence provision as a manufacturing engineer typically would be rated eligible only for manufacturing engineering positions. Written Test - Evidence of having successfully passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination, or any other written test required for professional registration, by an engineering licensure board in the various States, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico. Specified academic courses - Successful completion of at least 60 semester hours of courses in the physical, mathematical, and engineering sciences and that included the courses specified in A above. The courses must be fully acceptable toward meeting the requirements of an engineering program.
