Interconnection Specialist

Overview

Handshake is seeking experienced professionals in the energy sector to contribute to AI research through flexible, hourly contracts. This opportunity does not fit traditional job criteria. Your expertise in environmental assessment, GIS analysis, and renewable energy siting will be utilized to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in environmental analysis, GIS, or renewable energy siting, including roles such as Environmental Analyst or GIS Analyst, Interconnection Specialist, or Solar Design Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools: ArcGIS, Oracle MDA, Aurora Solar.
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.
