Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and implementing innovative software solutions. Oversee project timelines, manage resources, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing software solutions that meet business needs.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Manage project resources including personnel, budget, and technology tools.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and management.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and software architecture principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
