About the Role

The Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead collaborates with multidisciplinary teams at the intersection of Human-Centered Design, Information Visualization, Interaction Design, and Agentic AI Experience Design. This role brings the next generation of human-AI collaboration to life through innovative design, rapid prototyping, and advanced agentic AI solution development. Working closely with AI and data experts, subject matter experts (SMEs), and clients, you will shape transformative human-AI experiences that balance intelligence, trust, usability, and measurable business impact.

The role is embedded within the AI & Data team, translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive, empathetic, responsible, and impactful human experiences that redefine how humans and AI work together. Beyond client work, you will foster a collaborative, interdisciplinary culture across AI, data, and industry teams while mentoring and inspiring the next generation of talent passionate about designing human-centered agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and shape the visual design direction on projects from concept through delivery, driving quality, aesthetic cohesion, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Work through ambiguity to solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
  • Produce high-quality visual design work across brand identities, design systems, typography, digital experiences, and human-AI agentic interfaces—transforming complex processes into intuitive, human-centered experiences across multiple clients and industry sectors.
  • Design agent-delivered, multimodal experiences that drive user adoption and amplify human capabilities, with a strong command of craft and attention to detail across visual and interactive outputs.
  • Take ownership of your workstream as a hands-on, self-directed designer, making considered and purposeful design decisions to deliver production-ready output with minimal redirection.
  • Use AI tools actively in your workflow to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production; contribute to the team's evolving AI-enabled ways of working; and apply human-centered agentic AI design principles and best practices across projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners (e.g., AI engineers, scientists, and domain experts) to advance enterprise AI experiences that are intuitive, trustworthy, and aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Engage confidently in stakeholder conversations, communicating design rationale clearly and developing your presence as a trusted creative voice in human-AI experience design.
  • Mentor and support team members in their day-to-day work, helping them grow their skills, utilize the best methods and tools, navigate challenges, and develop as product designers.

Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

  • A bachelor’s degree in UX design, graphic design, or a related creative field, or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If holding an associate’s degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required.

Skills
