About the role
This long-term assignment is for 2 years and is remote, requiring PST hours with potential variation in hours (20-40 initially).
Responsibilities
- Create responsive layouts for websites, emails, social media, web banners, and occasionally mobile apps.
- Incorporate modern designs across various mediums.
- Work on multiple pharma brand projects within an in-house agency setting.
- Utilize Figma as the primary design software and Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) for additional tasks.
- Earn top 5 skills including responsive design principles, UX/UI best practices, and modern design aesthetics.
- Showcase work through a portfolio and demonstrate strong Figma experience.
- Maintain a digital-first mindset and adapt designs to different screen sizes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and user experiences.
- Build clickable prototypes and consider motion graphics or animation experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a digital advertising agency.
- Well-versed in creating responsive layouts that adapt to different screen sizes.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or ad agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Excellent detail-oriented skills and ability to multitask.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Qualifications
- Modern, minimal, clean design aesthetic.
- Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS.
- Experience in building clickable prototypes.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
