Brief Description Job Title: Intensive Outpatient Therapist Location: 7767 Elm Creek Blvd. N., Suite 220, Maple Grove, MN 55369 Working Model: Onsite Employee Type: 1.0 FTE Group Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 1:00 - 4:00 pm CST. As an Intensive Outpatient Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will be provide comprehensive therapeutic services to clients within the IOP program and Outpatient setting. The role will focus on facilitating diagnostic assessments, IOP orientations, facilitating group and individual therapy sessions, discharge planning and coordinating care with other clinicians or med management providers to support clients in meeting their treatment goals. Full Time Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision401k, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability and Life InsurancePTO and paid holidaysReasonable caseload expectations and flexible schedulingComfortable offices and clinic environmentFree attendance for internal CEUs Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans, conduct safety assessments and crisis interventions, and complete ongoing documentation including discharge planning, leave of absence paperwork.Provide individual therapy and facilitate group therapy sessions for IOP clients for approximately half of weekly billable hours. Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy for Outpatient clients for approximately half of weekly billable hours.Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings, including weekly IOP rounds meeting and monthly IOP team meeting.Active participation and responsibility in building/growing to maintain caseload to meet billable expectations. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to support care coordination efforts.Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals. Requirements Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for:MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LPExperience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes with the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.Experience facilitating group therapy sessions; experience with adult groups preferred.Experience with crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, de-escalation, suicide prevention, trauma-informed care, and coordination of behavioral health services preferred.Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems. Compensation: We offer two pay options to meet your professional and financial goals! We have an option with a predictable base pay and another with flexible earning potential. Rate Based Pay Model Licensed: $ 68,000 – 75,000 Pre-licensed: $ 50,000 - 55,000 Commission Based Pay Model Licensed: $ 66,000 – 124,000 Pre-licensed: $ 58,000 - 91,000 Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
