Responsibilities
- Provide oversight as well as set up the Microsoft Power Platform environments and related technologies (SharePoint, CoPilot)
- Establish technical governance, define standards and frameworks to manage tenants, environments, users, COE Kits, and drive best practices
- Translate business needs into technical designs and architecture roadmaps
- Establish environment strategy (Dev, Test, Prod), ALM, and security controls
- Align platform usage with enterprise architecture and compliance requirements
- Design integrations with external systems (APIs, Azure services, enterprise apps)
- Define data architecture using Dataverse and other storage systems
- Ensure secure and compliant data handling
- Implement integration patterns (batch, real-time, event-driven)
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Participate in POCs, innovation initiatives, and capability enhancement
- Establish communication monitoring and support methodologies for clients
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience on at least one of the programming languages (e.g. .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools)
- 2+ years of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform architect and have successfully led implementations of Microsoft Power Platform programs
- Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power BI, Dataverse
- Experience implementing solutions using Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management), Integration (REST/SOAP APIs), Data modeling and ETL processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly matrixed environment
