About the role

The Intelligence Management Specialist (Oversight and Policy Access) will provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in various intelligence disciplines and activities. Duties include building and maintaining databases, monitoring intelligence, assisting with RFIs, producing metrics, and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide intelligence support on behalf of J2Q including mission management, controlled accesses, intelligence production, and information sharing.
  • Perform administrative duties such as developing and maintaining file directories, SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries.
  • Review, monitor, and store documentation to support the Command Signals-Military-to-Military (SM2M) Program Manager.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category or a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category and at least 17 years of relevant senior experience, with at least 12 years of experience within the last 2 years.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category or a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years as a substitute for the Master's degree.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with database management and intelligence dissemination systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000/year.
