About the role
The Intelligence Discipline Lead is responsible for leading the development and implementation of intelligence strategies and policies within the organization.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement intelligence strategies and policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on intelligence objectives
- Conduct regular assessments of intelligence capabilities and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the field of intelligence
- Provide expert-level guidance and support to other members of the team
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in intelligence analysis or related field
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
