About the role

The Intelligence Discipline Lead is responsible for leading the development and implementation of intelligence strategies and policies within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement intelligence strategies and policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on intelligence objectives
  • Conduct regular assessments of intelligence capabilities and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the field of intelligence
  • Provide expert-level guidance and support to other members of the team

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in intelligence analysis or related field
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
