About the role

CGS is seeking an Intelligence Collection Manager – Subject Matter Expert to manage intelligence collection for routine, Special Access Program (SAP), and compartmented projects, operations, and exercises across all intelligence disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on all issues pertaining to collection and production management, including doctrine, policy, procedures, oversight, tactical, theater, and national-level coordination and other issues
  • Perform intelligence collection management duties for routine, SAP, and compartmented projects, operations, and exercises for all intelligence disciplines
  • Demonstrate superior proficiency in utilizing current intelligence-related automation, requirements-based applications, tools, and databases to support collection, analytical efforts, and product development
  • Aid in the development of collection plans, establish priorities for collection, and assist with daily command collection management activities
  • Develop, plan, support, and provide guidance, assistance, and oversight on all intelligence collection and production management functions, projects, and activities
  • Cook with appropriate National Intelligence Agencies, Combatant Command Joint Intelligence Centers, and Service Production Centers to advocate for customer requirements in standing collection and production requirements, while assisting in analyst/collector/collection management partnership forums to support analysts on collection issues
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and advise on all aspects of collection management during routine, contingency, special access program, compartmented projects, operations, and exercises

Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of total intelligence/intelligence operations experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies, with five (5) years at the operational level
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in collection management with a strong background and firsthand experience in collection management and/or intelligence reporting, including doctrine, policy, procedures, oversight, tactical, theater, and national-level coordination
  • Excellent briefing and executive level writing skills
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required
