Responsibilities
- Provide support to the NGA Integration Test and Image Quality Office (TAC).
- Aid in providing independent verification and validation of software and hardware, and information system releases prior to operations.
- Understand and apply technical principles, theories, and concepts.
- Develop approaches to solutions for a wide range of difficult problems.
- Support intelligence for contingency operations, battle staff, and operational-level planning.
- Analyze strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments.
- Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments for the Commander and senior leadership.
- Connect and validate intelligence from various sources to address potential threats.
- Assume leadership roles for teams of analysts.
Qualifications
- Must have a TS/SCI clearance with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years with a master’s degree, or 0-2 years with a PhD.
- Experienced in collections management and training/course development in the imagery field.
- Knowledgeable in coding/scripting techniques and familiar with Electronic Light Tables (ELTs).
- Proficient in analyzing and identifying artifacts/anomalies in imagery and using various products like Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG).
- Skilled in equipment identification and using primary ELTs such as Remote View, SOCET GXP, and Erdas IMAGINE.
- Self-starter requiring minimal supervision and able to guide junior personnel.
- Capable of developing and implementing complex solutions and conducting root cause analysis.
- Desired completion of an accredited imagery analysis training program.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong communication skills.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. Differentiating factors such as Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills, geographic location, and Federal Government Contract Labor categories can impact the final salary/hourly rate.
