About the role

Keystone Human Services, a subsidiary of Key Human Services, is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized, person-directed support in areas such as intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. The role focuses on inclusion and community building, supporting adults in creating healthy and engaging home settings, teaching daily living skills, assisting with personal care, and advocating for health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Create a healthy and engaging home setting for the people we support
• Teach and assist with daily living skills
• Assist with personal care needs
• Affirm the health and wellness of the people we support

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Effective communication and basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications

Pay

• $20.75 per hour - Full Time or Part Time
• $20.50 per hour - Casual/Per Diem
