Integrative Health Fellow

Job Summary

This position will include research, clinical care, and teaching. There will be 45% academic time, and 55% for clinical care. Clinical care will include patient care at Yahara Integrative Family Medicine Clinic (30%), Science Drive Medical Center (10%), and Wingra Clinic consults (5%) and Precepting (10%) as determined by the Fellowship Director. This position requires work to be completed onsite, at a designated campus work location.

Key Job Responsibilities

Participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health. Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.

Department

The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health (DFMCH) at the University of Wisconsin is a leading clinical department within the School of Medicine and Public Health. DFMCH is dedicated to advancing patient care, education, and research. Our 18 clinics provide primary care to more than 170,000 patients, yielding over 375,000 patient visits annually. Each year, we train more than 160 residents (at sponsored and academic partner sites) and 300 medical students.

Compensation

This position is compensated at a candidate's respective post graduate experience level, starting at $70,685 for PG1. Pay will include a $500 well-being stipend at all levels of experience.

Required Qualifications

• WI medical license by the start date of the position.
• Applicants must have completed residency in family medicine or medicine/pediatrics with adequate primary care experience.
• MD or DO, or equivalent required.
