About the role
The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of comprehensive benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and reduce costs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative benefits solutions that align with organizational goals and improve employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in benefits technology and best practices.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of benefits solutions.
- Provide training and support to users on new benefits systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or IT.
- Experience with benefits technology platforms and compliance tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant federal and state regulations.
- Experience with consumer account administration systems.
- Understanding of HRIS systems and their integration with benefits platforms.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
