About the role

The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of comprehensive benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative benefits solutions that align with organizational goals and improve employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in benefits technology and best practices.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of benefits solutions.
• Provide training and support to users on new benefits systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or IT.
• Experience with benefits technology platforms and compliance tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant federal and state regulations.
• Experience with consumer account administration systems.
• Understanding of HRIS systems and their integration with benefits platforms.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
