Integration Test Technician (Backend Day -Wed. - Sat.)

About the role

As an integration test technician, you will play a key part in the yield of the power device manufacturing process. You will work on automated test equipment maintenance, calibration, and disposition of wafers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform corrective action in response to control charts.
• Maintain calibration standards and perform regularly scheduled equipment maintenance tasks.
• Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot individual electrical and mechanical failures and communicate regularly with engineering and operations.
• Disposition wafers based on engineering feedback.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement modifications to the measurement process.
• This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.

Requirements

• AA degree in a technical field and 0-4 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated high level of dependability and ability to work efficiently with little supervision.
• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude and ability to apply those skills in a cleanroom environment.

Schedule

Compressed day shift (12 hours, alternating 3 and 4 day workweeks; Backend Day Shift, Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6am to 6pm).

Pay

Compensation range: $22.30 – $30.70 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on job-relevant qualifications and experience.
