What Will an Integration Team Lead Do?
- Lead projects for launching advertising campaigns in media (digital, TV, OOH, radio, press)
- Manage client's goals and business results
- Ensure effective team agency work to achieve client's results
- Promote the agency as a leader within the Group and for the client
- Work with annual plans of clients
- Active participation in creating the best solutions for clients in integrated projects through collaboration with Group structures
- Manage complex integrated projects (media, creative, performance, e-commerce, brand content), setting tasks internally, controlling implementation, adjusting during the process of realization
- Control profitability and revenue of integrated projects (tracking all works, hours, profitability of works)
- Work on increasing client satisfaction. Regular tracking of feedback, resulting in improving client evaluations
- Develop a team development plan and regular feedback on its implementation
- Leadership and expertise in integrating all departments of the agency and structures for achieving final goals (within project management)
- Forming working groups, drawing on the resources of the agency and the Group for implementing client's tasks
- Effective application of project management principles - creating a project timeline, formulating tasks, internal briefs, managing people, and effective communication, meeting deadlines (using Worksection)
- Team development - mentoring and coaching junior colleagues, training, development, and mentoring
Who Are We Looking For?
- Has experience as a manager or in senior positions
- Has an Upper Intermediate level of English or higher (present communication in English with the client)
- Understands the Ukrainian media market, trends/innovations and trends. Has a basic understanding of the difference between the Ukrainian media market and European markets
- Understands marketing, communication, and media strategies, understands the interdependence of the funnel
- Knows the specifics of purchasing different media channels, sales structure, measurement specifics, ad placement classes, seasonality, etc.
- Can work with multichannel/multiscreen campaigns and complex media indicators
- Can "sell" the agency's results - correct information about achieved results to clients
- Has strategic thinking and experience in strategic planning
