Integration Specialist V - Security

About the Role

The ideal candidate will excel in managing key project elements such as scope, cost, schedule, and staffing, while coordinating with external vendors and overseeing contractual commitments. You will thoroughly review technical documents, respond to project inquiries, and closely monitor costs and progress. The role involves efficiently managing all project resources and costs, including staff, contractors, and budgets, and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to establish project scope and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and staffing.
• Coordinate with external vendors and oversee contractual commitments.
• Review technical documents and respond to project inquiries.
• Monitor project costs and progress.
• Manage project resources, including staff, contractors, and budgets.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to establish project scope and objectives.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed project phases.
• Manage primary project financials, including budget, labor, costs, and billings.
• Forecast project completion and billing percentages.
• Track KPIs related to financials, productivity, quality, and culture.
• Prepare and deliver project progress and schedule reports.

Requirements

• Associate degree in construction-related field (e.g., engineering, architecture) or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in project management for construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• 10-hour OSHA certification required.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel extensively.
• Prepared to pass an extensive background check; government badge may be required for most sites.

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $26.38–$39.37 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Individual compensation is determined based on experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
