About the Role

The ideal candidate will excel in managing key project elements such as scope, cost, schedule, and staffing, while coordinating with external vendors and overseeing contractual commitments. You will thoroughly review technical documents, respond to project inquiries, and closely monitor costs and progress. The role involves efficiently managing all project resources and costs, including staff, contractors, and budgets, and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to establish project scope and objectives.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a field related to construction (e.g., engineering, architecture) or equivalent related work experience.
  • 2 years of progressive experience in project management for construction projects.
  • Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed project phases.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products.
  • 10-hour OSHA certification.
  • Primary project financial competence (budget, labor, costs, billings), forecasting (% complete, % billed), KPIs (financial, productivity, quality, culture), and reporting (progress, schedule).
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver’s License.
  • Government badge may be required for most sites; must be prepared to pass an extensive background check.

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $26.38–$39.37 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Individual compensation is determined based on experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
