Integration Release Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
• Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
• Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
• Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
• Define and manage project schedules, resources and delivery commitments
• Manage Scrum standup meetings
• Set up tasks using the CA Agile Central tool
• Perform data collection and analysis activities using MS Excel
• Conduct weekly project meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and the project is kept on target
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Create/Update project status reports for program rollup and management review
• Mitigate and manage project risks and issues

Skills

• Change management experience in business communications and technical writing
• Proficiency in creating and managing program/project timelines and materials
• Ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures, Job Aids, Playbooks, and effective communication materials
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prominent ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• C-Level or customer-facing presentation experience
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to influence opinion and drive change
• Strategic thinking and a customer-focused, results-driven mindset
