About the role
Koniag Professional Services (KPS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a high-performing SETA Program Manager (PM) with a TS/SCI clearance to support acquisition transition and program support activities within Joint Operational Integration (JOI) under DASW Acquisition Integration and Interoperability (AI2).

Responsibilities
- Support the current government director in daily program execution and operational management activities
- Lead coordination efforts associated with acquisition transition planning and Program of Record (PoR) transition activities
- Represent the director in acquisition transition discussions, meetings, and cross-functional engagements
- Aid leadership in developing and executing transition strategies for prototype-to-PoR efforts
- Cookordination with government, industry, and mission stakeholders to align acquisition, operational, and technical objectives
- Build and mature a matrixed support structure across multiple programs/products funded through JOI
- Develop briefings, status reports, strategic communications, and executive-level deliverables
- Track action items, risks, milestones, and dependencies across program activities
- Synchronize between acquisition, operations, experimentation, and interoperability efforts
- Identify process improvements and help establish scalable Program Management Office (PMO) governance practices
Requirements
- Experience supporting DoD acquisition, program management, or transition activities
- Familiarity with prototype-to-production/Program of Record (PoR) transition processes
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous or emerging mission environments
- Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and functional teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred depending on mission requirements)
Preferred Experience
- Supporting OSD, Joint Staff, SCO, or AI2-related initiatives
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle and transition pathways
- Familiarity with interoperability, experimentation, and operational integration efforts
- Experience building or standing up new PMO/team structures
- PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, MS Teams, and executive reporting environments
