About the role

Koniag Professional Services (KPS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a high-performing SETA Program Manager (PM) with a TS/SCI clearance to support acquisition transition and program support activities within Joint Operational Integration (JOI) under DASW Acquisition Integration and Interoperability (AI2).

Responsibilities

• Support the current government director in daily program execution and operational management activities
• Lead coordination efforts associated with acquisition transition planning and Program of Record (PoR) transition activities
• Represent the director in acquisition transition discussions, meetings, and cross-functional engagements
• Aid leadership in developing and executing transition strategies for prototype-to-PoR efforts
• Cookordination with government, industry, and mission stakeholders to align acquisition, operational, and technical objectives
• Build and mature a matrixed support structure across multiple programs/products funded through JOI
• Develop briefings, status reports, strategic communications, and executive-level deliverables
• Track action items, risks, milestones, and dependencies across program activities
• Synchronize between acquisition, operations, experimentation, and interoperability efforts
• Identify process improvements and help establish scalable Program Management Office (PMO) governance practices

Requirements

• Experience supporting DoD acquisition, program management, or transition activities
• Familiarity with prototype-to-production/Program of Record (PoR) transition processes
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous or emerging mission environments
• Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and functional teams
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred depending on mission requirements)

Preferred Experience

• Supporting OSD, Joint Staff, SCO, or AI2-related initiatives
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle and transition pathways
• Familiarity with interoperability, experimentation, and operational integration efforts
• Experience building or standing up new PMO/team structures
• PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, MS Teams, and executive reporting environments
