Mission
Deliver AI-Powered Data Integration
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment and integration of Belvedere into customer environments, including government and classified networks.
- Work directly with customer technical teams to understand existing architectures, data pipelines, security requirements, and operational workflows.
- Configure, customize, and integrate Belvedere with enterprise data platforms, cloud environments, databases, APIs, and existing applications.
- Develop prototypes, connectors, automation, and integration components that demonstrate and deliver customer value.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, provide implementation feedback, and influence future product capabilities.
- Design and implement scalable data integration solutions leveraging modern ETL/ELT architectures and AI-assisted workflows.
- Support customer onboarding, technical training, and knowledge transfer.
- Troubleshoot complex deployment and integration issues across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
- Document solution architectures, implementation guides, deployment procedures, and best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, agentic systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise data integration.
- Occasionally support pre-sales activities by participating in technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and customer architecture discussions alongside the sales team.
Technical Expertise
- Strong programming experience using Python and SQL.
- Experience with Java or JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience integrating enterprise software using REST APIs, SDKs, messaging platforms, and databases.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, data warehousing, and modern data architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, Oracle, Snowflake, Informatica, or similar technologies.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, SparkSQL, Trino, Elasticsearch, vector databases, or graph databases.
- Understanding of modern AI technologies including foundation models, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and agentic workflows is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks is a plus.

- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and customer organizations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience deploying, integrating, or implementing enterprise software solutions.
- Experience working directly with government or enterprise customers.
- Comfortable working independently in customer environments.
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance preferred.
- Experience supporting defense or intelligence community customers.
- Experience deploying software into classified or air-gapped environments.
- Experience implementing enterprise AI or data integration platforms.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with distributed data processing platforms and large-scale enterprise environments.
